Summertime means being out of school, lying around the house all day, and for some people it means leaving the country. This summer Spanish teacher Gabriel Berges went to Vancouver, BC, Canada. He went with two very close friends, one from Italy and one from Spain, where he is from. The main purpose of their trip was because Berges’ Italian friend had relatives there and because it was a place none of them had been, but all wanted to go.

                When they started their trip they traveled through the West Coast, passing through cities such as Las Vegas, NV, Las Angeles and San Francisco, CA Seattle, WA and Santa Barbara. Berges said his favorite part of the trip was going through Santa Barbara and just being in Vancouver for the first time.
