5 ingredient peanut butter energy bites
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
No bake protein bars
4 scoops flavored protein powder see suggestions above- around 32-35 grams each
1/2 cup + dairy free milk of choice*
1/2 cup smooth nut butter of choice optional
Dairy free chocolate chips optional

Breakfast
Apple pie oatmeal
For the oatmeal
- 1 cup rolled oats gluten free, if needed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 cups milk of choice I used unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup protein powder optional
- 1 tbsp coconut flour optional
For the caramelized apple
- 1 large apple chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
